I absolutely loved the modern aesthetic of my King Room! The spacious accommodations set the perfect atmosphere for relaxation after a fun day at the heated pools and spa. The lagoon swimming pool and mini golf area were highlights that kept everyone entertained throughout our stay!

Upon arrival, I was shocked to find my first room had not been cleaned properly. After expressing my concerns, I was switched to another room, which only highlighted how dated the accommodations were. To make matters worse, the kitchenette was a disappointment. no plates or cutlery were provided, and when I inquired, I learned I would need to pay extra for them! This seems ridiculous for the price we paid. housekeeping left our door unlocked after their service, which was incredibly aggravating and compromised our security.

I enjoyed my stay in a Queen Room, where the bathroom was spacious and the atmosphere relaxing. The dining experience was excellent, offering high-quality meals. I was disappointed by the lack of plates and cutlery as I had to pay extra for them, which seemed unnecessary.

The indoor and outdoor pools are fantastic, especially with the slides and play areas for kids. My family loved having a cozy, clean room with great amenities like air conditioning and satellite TV. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to start our day.

A bit more towel hanging space would have been helpful.
